Real Voice is a product by Real AI Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our voice transcription service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following when you use Real Voice:
- Account information — your email address and a hashed (encrypted) password. We never store your plain-text password.
- Voice recordings — audio you record is sent to our transcription service (Groq Whisper) and immediately discarded after transcription. We do not store your raw audio.
- Transcripts — the text output of your transcriptions is stored in your account history so you can access it later.
- Usage data — session counts and timestamps to enforce free-tier limits.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the transcription service
- To manage your account and session limits
- To process payments and activate Premium access
- To improve reliability and fix issues
We do not sell your data. We do not use your transcripts for advertising or train AI models on your content.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is required for all accounts.
4. Third-Party Services
- Razorpay — handles all payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at bhavesh@dev-decoder.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential session storage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics.
7. Children's Privacy
Real Voice is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
